Sears broken tv with in home 24 hour repair or replace contract 7 days broken no repairman yet?????? - toshiba 40 inch flat screen


since i'm out of the country most of the time i bought my mother whom is 84 and frail a tv with a supposed 24 hour in home repair or replacement warranty my mother has been without a tv for a week now and the store mgr told me they have only 1 repair tech and he does all appliance and tv repairs for a large area, makes me want to rush right in and buy all my new appliances for my remodel,its a shame an american icon has dropped its quality and customer service in the gutter i'll include a copy of this in stars and stripes so our returning youth think twice about where to spend there monies
